What is your return policy? 
-Unfortunately, since everything is handmade we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds. If an item is damaged you have 5 days from the time you received the item to contact us of any damage of your item. We ask that you ship your item back and once we receive them we will issue a refund.

What is your turn around time? 
-Turn around time varies by product. Our current turnaround time is 20-25 business days NOT INCLUDING weekends or holidays to ship your item.
